When will Philadelphia and other urban cities come to a realization that our lack of federal, state, and local fiscal support for programs and counselors for youths, will result in social discomfort to us all as a society?
Hence, the government will conjure up Billions of dollars to rescue and bail out major institutions that sucks our middle and lower class dry.
